Please fill out the reservation form or email us with any questions you may have. We will send you a quote via email. In addition to the rental fee, there is a 12% Florida sales and tourist tax and a $175 cleaning fee. Since you are renting directly from us, there are no additional website charges of service fees – you save approximately 15%. We never ask for your credit card number. Instead, we send an invoice via Square, a very popular and respected credit card processor.  We will also send a rental agreement to formalize the transaction for your review and a digital signature.

NOTE
There is no separation between the house and the pool so we don’t recommend our house to families with young children who cannot swim. Please let us know if it is a concern in your case.
