It’s fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need. Short walk to the beach, close to stores, restaurants, and the vibrant Mercato shopping and entertainment area, our home accommodates up to 6 people and is great for couples, families, golfers, business travelers, and small groups.

Nature provides tropical weather and over 300 days of sunshine each year in Naples. We provide everything else you need for a great vacation, from a fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ, to bikes and beach gear.

About the area

Naples Park is a quiet residential area, a short walk from Vanderbilt beach where you can rent catamarans, jet-skis, kayaks and paddle boards. There are several restaurants and bars near the beach and three directly on the beach.

Our favorite is the Turtle Club. Do not miss the sunset dinner. You must reserve well in advance to get a table on the beach patio with the sunset view. It’s also a great place for lunch. Delnor Wiggins state park is 2 miles away and has 1.5 miles of protected beach. There are several state parks within a 30 minute drive. We recommend Lover’s Key. We provide a pass to all Florida State Parks.

Old Naples with 5th Avenue and 3rd Street restaurants, shops and Naples Pier (pier live camera) and Tin City is a 20 minute drive away. Naples has over 90 golf courses, which gives the city highest per capita ratio.

Extraordinary Vacation Home

My husband and I had the privilege of staying for 10 nights in this beautiful home last month. While we have stayed in more than a dozen VRBO properties over the years (primarily in Florida and Arizona, just the two of us traveling), this is the first time we have felt compelled to write a review as this home now is at the top of our list. And we are picky:) We can list the pros and cons of every rental we've carefully selected, but this home checked every box for us (...)
I strongly encourage even the most discriminating VRBO user to feel absolutely no hesitation in reserving this lovely home away from home.

Wonderful family vacation property!

We had a fantastic spring break family vacation in this property! For starters, the location is ideal in that it is very close to the beach and lots of shopping/dining options are just a few minutes away. The house has everything you need and the owner's (Margaret and Paul) attention to detail is much appreciated! We were very impressed with the quality of the furniture, kitchen items, linens, etc. -And I love all of the organization in the home. There is a spot (and in some cases labels) for everything!

Paradise in Naples

My husband and I recently spent eight weeks at this property. It is a gem. We found the house spotless, beautifully decorated, well-organized, and well-equipped, including for long-term rentals. The pool is very nice (with optional heat), and the surrounding lanai comfortable and inviting. The location is very safe and extremely convenient to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and a movie theater.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen, wir waren bereits beim ersten Eindruck positiv überrascht. Es liegt nur gerade einen knappen Kilometer von dem wundeschönen Strand entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und hat alles, was man für entspannte Ferien gebrauchen kann. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist erstklassig und wunderschön von kleinen Palmen umgeben. Margarte und Paul sind gute Gastgeber und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und werden bestimmt wieder einmal nach Naples kommen.

Great house in Naples

We rented from Paul and Margaret for the first time and LOVED our stay at their property. House is beautiful and spacious and absolutely everything you need is already there. Chairs for the beach, umbrellas, even make up remover! We used the pool every day and the beach is only 3 min drive from the house. Bathrooms and kitchen are renovated and beautiful! Very comfortable bedding as well. We will be back.

Amazing beach retreat

A beautiful villa, fully stocked with all the kitchen equipment you could need. Private pool, landscaped, peaceful and so quiet you could hear the birds sing! Paul is so helpful and they have thought of everything including bikes and beach chairs and passes for nearby parks. A 10 minute walk to the beach and a lovely, safe neighbourhood, with a plethora of restaurants and juice bars in the vicinity. One of the best villas we've visited and one of the most relaxing holidays to date. We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful Home, Excellent Location!

We rented this home for a week in July 2015. We can not say enough about our stay. The home was beautiful. Beds are all very comfy. We rent every year, and this home was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It was just perfect. Pool is wonderful with great pool toys for adults and kids. The location was just perfect to Vanderbilt Beach, you could walk or ride the nice bikes provided. Plenty of beach towels are provided as well. The kitchen is just beautiful. Showers in both bathrooms are just gorgeous. The owners were always available for any questions, and even called on our first day to see if the home was to our satisfaction! We would highly recommend this home to stay in, and will definitely be returning when we head back to Naples! We couldn't of been more comfortable.
